Gainera, soluzioak eskain ditzaketen erreferentziazko agenteak ezagutzeko aukera egon zen, eta aldi berean elkarri eragiteko aukera egon zen arazo zehatzak konpondu dituzten ETE-ekin.<\/p>\n<p>Protagonista berrikuntza izan zen 477 pertsona, 154 ETE, berrikuntzarako laguntza sareko 28 agente, 2 konferentzia, eztabaidarako talde 1, tailer 1 100 parte-hartzailerekin, 690 txio, 20 komunikabideetan oihartzuna.
